Vehicle Key Repair and Replacement Benefits: We agree that the person named in the schedule, made a part hereof, in consideration of the payment of fee provided in set schedule, is a named member of the NWS Motor Club, and is entitled to all of the services, benefits and privileges hereof, for and in connection with the ownership, maintenance and use of the motor vehicle registered in the name of the member, for the period set forth, within the United States of America, its territories or possessions, or Canada. This motor club service contract is optional and is not required to be purchased by the prospective member.
THIS CONTRACT IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY AND DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR NO-FAULT LAWS IN ANY STATE OR TERRITORY.
YOU MUST CALL US FOR AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO ANY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
Key Replacement Benefits: In the event your key or vehicle remote is lost, stolen or destroyed we will pay for one replacement key or remote per year in the amount of, but not to exceed, a total payout of $400 per year.
Term: The Key Replacement Benefits begin 30 days following the date of your purchase and registration and continue for 1 year (3 or 5 years if an upgrade was purchased at the dealership) from the effective date specified above.
Any replacement key or remote made or acquired without Administrator's prior authorization.
Any key or remote repair or replacement covered by warranty, recall or acknowledgement of responsibility issued by the manufacturer of the eligible key or remote to be replaced.
Any damage or loss whatsoever, whether consequential, direct or otherwise, resulting from the failure or loss of a programmed key.
Claim Procedure: To obtain key replacement benefits under this agreement, member must comply with the following conditions:
All claims must be reported to Us, as soon as reasonably possible, at NWS Motor Club, 3330 West Cypress St, Tampa, Florida 33067, 1-800-254-7342.
A scanned copy of the membership certificate must be attached in the form below.
If member is within a 25 mile radius of the originating dealer, member must return to originating dealer to have a replacement key produced and programmed. If member is outside the 25 mile radius, Member may go to the appropriate dealer in his/her area.
All non-working keys or remotes must be made available to Dealer and Administrator for inspection.
The originating dealer must fax a copy of the original repair order to Administrator for payment.
The originating dealer will be paid as soon as appropriate repair order is received by Administrator from the originating dealer. The member is not responsible for any out of pocket expense other than costs in excess of their total yearly limit of $400.
If it is necessary for member to go to non-originating dealer, member shall call Administrator for approval before replacing any covered key or remote. Member will pay non-originating dealer for the replacement key or remote and will be reimbursed upon our receipt of all repair orders, sales invoices and/or other relevant or appropriate documentation as may be reasonably requested by Administrator.
Administrator is only agreeing to pay the replacement cost for eligible keys or remotes under the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement. Administrator shall not provide any keys or remote itself. Further, Administrator does not in any way warrant or guarantee, whether expressed or implied, any replacement key or remote obtained by member and/or paid for by Administrator.
Definitions: Member, Customer or You means the original person to which this Agreement was issued. Reasonable Repair Cost means the customary parts and labor costs required to complete the repair or replacement of the covered components, which in no case shall exceed the manufacturer's suggested retail price
